Terms of use

This English version is provided for convenience; the French version prevails in case of any difference.

sardoche.tv is the community site of the streamer Sardoche. These terms govern the use of the Sardoche account, the linking of a League of Legends account and the rank badges in the chat. By using these services, you accept them.

Access to the Sardoche account

  • The Sardoche account is free. You log in to it with your Twitch or Kick account.
  • Each sign-in account gives access to your whole profile: if you sell or give away one of them, first delete your profile or unlink your LoL account.
  • You are responsible for the security of your Twitch and Kick accounts.

Linking a League of Legends account

  • You can only link your own account, by logging in at Riot Games (Riot Sign-On). A Riot account can only be linked to one Sardoche profile.
  • If you had linked your account in Sardoche’s old Twitch extension, that link was carried over when we were able to verify with Riot that it is still the same account (“legacy connection”). You can reconnect it with Riot from your account page.
  • A Riot account that moves from one profile to another cannot change profile again for 7 days.
  • You can unlink your LoL account at any time from your account page.

Rank display

  • Except for a legacy connection, nothing is public by default. You choose whether to show your rank, platform by platform, and you must be 15 or older to do so.
  • Exception: if you had linked your League of Legends account in Sardoche’s old Twitch extension, that link was carried over (“legacy connection”) and, on the basis of the consent given in the extension, your rank is shown by default in the Twitch chat only, without an age declaration, as long as you have not reconnected it with Riot. You can remove it in one click on your account page or with !rang off (see the privacy policy, “Legacy connections”).
  • Only your official Solo/Duo rank (tier and division) is shown, as Riot provides it. It is refreshed about once a day and may therefore be slightly out of date.
  • You can turn the display off at any time, on your account page or with !rang off.

Code of conduct

You must not:

  • link or try to link an account that does not belong to you, or impersonate someone;
  • get around the limits of the service or overload it (automation, mass requests);
  • use the public badge lists to harass, target or profile other viewers.

In case of abuse, Sardoche may unlink a LoL account, remove a badge or delete a profile.

Availability

The service is provided as is, with no guarantee of availability. It may change, be suspended or be shut down, in whole or in part (for example the badges), in particular if Riot Games, Twitch or Kick change their services or their rules.

League of Legends and Riot Games are trademarks of Riot Games, Inc. The badges show the official League of Legends rank emblems, property of Riot Games, Inc. sard-app (sardoche.tv) isn’t endorsed by Riot Games.

These terms may be updated; the date of the last update is shown at the top of this page. They are governed by French law.
